Christmas Floral Nails

Hello everyone! I'm seeing a lot of Christmas nail design around at the moment and I wanted to do something a bit different and so here are this week's nails!

A  simple floral vine pattern in traditional Christmas colours of red and green!

I love swirly patterns - think it comes from studying and really enjoying William Morris' work at GCSE Art!

The base I used for these nails is Barry M's 'Huckleberry!' I wasn't really sure what background colour to go with that would work with the green but I think the paleness of this blue works nicely with both this shade of green and the red flowers!

As ever the design is done in acrylic paint! I almost didn't add the red flowers but I'm so glad I did as they really help the design and help it seem really festive!
